Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The amount is adjusted proportionally in the next billing cycle.

Nothing is blocked. We notify you and offer an upgrade with special terms. We never interrupt your service.

Your service is never interrupted. Each additional contact beyond your contracted limit is billed at R$ 0,50 per contact. You track usage in real time from the dashboard.

It depends on the plan. On Essential, there is no setup cost. For the Business and Enterprise plans, there is an onboarding and configuration fee that includes full platform setup, team training, and initial follow-up. Ask about the amounts when signing up.

On the monthly plan, there is no lock-in — cancel whenever you like. For the others: semiannual (6 months), annual (12 months), and biennial (24 months). In case of early cancellation, a 3-month notice period applies (charged in full), and the discount granted is charged retroactively — both on the installments already paid and on the remaining ones.

Instagram Direct: if Instagram integration was requested, the minimum contract term is 12 months. In case of cancellation before that term, a termination fee of R$ 180,00 per remaining month applies.

Incoming messages (initiated by the contact) are unlimited and free. Messages sent by the business (automations, marketing, first contact) cost R$ 0,65 per message on the prepaid model. For the first 3 months you receive R$ 100,00 in monthly credit to kick off your automations.
